Sub Edge Farm is proud to provide the use of our organic farm for your next private event.
The site is available for your event June through October.
RENTAL AGREEMENTS & DEPOSITS
In order to reserve our venue we require a signed a rental agreement/contract and a $1,000 non-refundable security deposit that will be used towards your final payment.
We accept cash, checks or credit cards.
CATERING AND ACCOMMODATIONS
Once you book your event date at Sub Edge Farm, finding a caterer is most likely your next big decision as we are strictly a site rental. We have partnered with the award winning Doro Restaurant Group (Doro Catering & Events) to be our exclusive caterer. You will also need to contact any other vendors such as a DJ, photographer and florist if needed.
Accommodations are also important, and we have several hotels within five to ten minutes. Bradley International Airport is twenty minutes from Sub Edge Farm
PRICING DETAILS AND WHAT IS INCLUDED:
Our site rental is $3,000. This is for a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.

One handicapped accessible port-a-toilet and handwashing sink (Many weddings rent a trailer toilet)
A fire pit that we can start and tend (firewood included) Designated parking area
Two staff members always on site
Plenty of time to CELEBRATE – ceremony may start as early as 4 pm and latest wrap up is at midnight, so there is more than enough time for a great celebration
